Services
Vellum Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services throughout Orange County, CA.
Quotes and Pricing
All pricing is custom-quoted based on vehicle type, size, condition, and services requested. A quote is not a binding agreement until confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices may vary for vehicles in heavily soiled condition or requiring additional services beyond the original quote.
Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when the customer provides written confirmation (via text or email) of the agreed price, service, date, time, and location. Do not consider a booking confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from Vellum Auto.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service via Square invoice sent to your email. Invoices are due upon receipt. We do not accept cash payments. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the concern. We will make it right at no additional charge if the concern falls within the scope of the original service.
Limitation of Liability
Vellum Auto Detailing takes reasonable care with all vehicles. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from defective paint or protective coatings, or damage caused by conditions outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
